Tetney’s traditional care home offering residential care

The Fountains Care Centre is set in mature grounds at the centre of the village of Tetney which provides a good range of local community facilities including a Post Office, Public House and a Supermarket. The home is spacious, offering single room accommodation for up to 45 residents, on two floors, with en-suite facilities. Two of the rooms are also registered as companion rooms. There are two dining rooms situated on the ground floor along with 4 lounges. All of which offer attractive views of our gardens and patio areas. One of the lounges on the 1st floor is used as a quiet lounge which provides residents with a more private setting for family teas or special occasions.

Led by an experienced and qualified Manager, the staff at The Fountains work as a team committed to providing the highest standards of care. Every effort is made to provide individual care which promotes privacy and dignity delivered by experienced and well trained healthcare assistants. Residents are able to personalise their rooms. You may choose to make The Fountains Care Centre your permanent home or come and stay with us on a short-term basis. We tailor this care to your exact needs, based on prior conversations with you and your family as well as regular monitoring and assistance. We encourage our residents to remain engaged with the local community through trips to these facilities. Family visits to the home, naturally, are encouraged. Choices include:

In every care home, Halcyon Care’s staff consists of highly qualified individuals who are committed to treating residents with dignity and respect. We even have our own catering team who create meals from the freshest of ingredients. Meals are served in the dining room and can be taken into personal rooms. Individual diets are also catered for and residents are encouraged to stay active.
